Welcome to the Red Barn Relay
Come and join us in Mabou for the first trail running relay race in Eastern Canada!
Teams of 2 to 4 runners will take turns running a ~5km loop, with the goal of accumulating 100 miles (160kms) in the 30 hour time limit.
Note: the person doing the registration will have to pay for the whole team up front. If you think you'd like a 3 person team, but only have 1 teammate now, just register for a 2 person team and we'll manually add additional members if needed. Same thing for a potential 4 person team.
Team members are expected, by their teammates, to run a minimum of 3 laps each in the 30 hour window.
Mix up the order as you wish, no time limit per loop and no, we won't be including the steep bits that are on the Capes 100 or Frankie's courses!
Some new trails are being built for this event (started in September) and the loop will have less than 200m of ups and downs.
Start and finish will be in the same place as Capes 100 and Frankie's.
Camping onsite Saturday night.
*No refunds, but you can sell your spot.
*Deferrals are possible by volunteering at another event by NSTR :)
*No dogs on course. On site is cool, as long as they're on a leash.
