HOW ARE MY RACE FEES CALCULATED?
The prices above include mandatory processing fees automatically added to the base price of each sub-event. To review the base price of the sub-event you wish to choose, please visit our website HERE.
WHEN CAN I PICK UP MY RACE KIT?
You will have two options for Race Kit Pick-Up:
1. Saturday, June 5th: 1:00PM - 4:00PM - To Be Confirmed
2. Sunday, June 6th: 6:30AM - 9:30AM - Meridian Place, Simcoe Street, Barrie, ON
PICKING UP FOR A FRIEND?
Yes. Please ask them to send you their their confirmation email with their bib number to show the staff on arrival.
HOW CAN I TRANSFER MY EVENT TO ANOTHER DISTANCE OR PARTICIPANT?
Good news, you can transfer your event to another distance or participant on or before May 26th. Please visit the top of this page and select 'TRANSFER' on the side menu features. After May 26th, this feature will become unavailable online since all of your bibs are being produced after that date. You must complete this before the deadline to ensure the best race experience.
CAN I GET A REFUND IF I CANNOT ATTEND THE EVENT?
By Sunday April 25th - we will extend a 75% refund on your event fees
By Sunday May 16th - we will extend a 25% refund on your event fees
After Sunday May 16th - there will be No Refunds
With all refunds, participants will be required to pay the processing fee.
The Honda Waterfront Event(s) are non-deferrable. See HERE for Registration Policies.

HOW CAN I REQUEST A REFUND BEFORE THE DEADLINE?
Email info@multisportcanada.com with ‘Refund Request – Event Name’ in the subject line
Include a confirmation number or email address associated with the registration
Eligible participants will be sent refund details to the email address and payment method associated with their Race Roster account
ARE BABY STROLLERS ALLOWED ON THE COURSE?
Yes! We have a 5km Stroller Event. This is the ONLY event in which strollers are allowed. Please be careful on race day, as some sections have two-way running traffic. Be kind, respectful, and aware of those around you!
ARE PETS ALLOWED ON THE COURSE?
Unfortunately, no. Dogs, cats, pot-bellied pigs, or well-trained birds can bring harm to athletes and themselves.
I REQUIRE A SERVICE DOG, CAN HE COME TOO?
Yes. Service dogs are definitely allowed in any race. Please contact the Race Director prior to race day to notify race staff about this. Also please have your service animal in appropriate harness/leash/notifiers to let others around you be aware.
CAN I RUN WITH MUSIC?
Yes! Running with music is great for motivation, but don't let it distract you from the course in front of you! Some sections of the course allows vehicle traffic, and all athletes must be responsible for the safety of themselves and those around them at all times.

Communications Schedule
Registration for each Event Closes on Thursday, June 3rd at 9AM OR when a given Event has reached its Entry Limits. See HERE for the Entry Limits by Event.
You can expect to hear from us in the following sequence:
- Pre-Event Notice sent on Wednesday, May 26th by 9PM containing Course Details, Final Event Schedule, Race Kit Pick Up, and Retailers in Attendance.
- Final Event Notice sent on Thursday, June 3rd by 9PM containing your Bib Number and Start Time info.
- Post Race Report sent the middle of the week following the event. It will contain links to our Photo Galleries, Results, and any Articles written about the event.
