Virtual Run: If you are unable to attend the actual event, you may run any of our race distances (3km, 5km, 10km, 21 km) virtually and send us your timing details along with a video, running app screenshot, or other proof of completion by 23 May 2027 via email at sports.uwsm@gmail.com. You will receive your UWSM & FTC Run 2026 Singapore event T-shirt and finisher medal by courier within 3–4 weeks.

Refund Policy:

1. Full refund (100 %) of the fee if UWSM cancels the event due to rare factors/unforeseen circumstances before giving out race packs.

2. Half refund (50 %) of the fee if UWSM cancels the event due to rare factors/unforeseen circumstances after giving out race packs but before the day of the event.

3. No refund on the day of event if event is delayed or cancelled due to bad weather/ lightning/ haze.

4. No refund of any fee if any participant withdraws from the event due to any reason.
