The Twin Cities Twilight Relays: We Run Summer!
The Twin Cities Twilight Relays is back for 2027, and we have a new date--Friday, July 30--in order to give you a couple more weeks to recover after Grandma's.
The Relays is a 13(ish) mile, 4-person relay race where each team member runs the same (roughly) 3.25-mile loop, starting and finishing at a Relay Festival with a DJ, food truck, an Athletic Brewing NA Beer Garden--and tons of good summer running vibes! When not running, participants hang out in the Festival and cheer their fellow runners on.
The Relays is a timed event with awards for the top team in multiple categories, but at its core it's a summer running celebration of our vibrant and diverse Twin Cities running community and all that makes it great. Show up in that spirit and you're sure to have a great night of summer running!
Sign up today and we’ll see you at the Relays!

Twin Cities Twilight Relays: Create a Team Opening soon
-
During registration the Captain will name the team (please keep the team names PG-13 at worst) and may create a password to keep people they don't know from accidentally joining their team (Captains will need to share this code with people they do want to allow to join their team). Captains pay the full team's registration price when creating the team.

Twin Cities Twilight Relays: Join a Team
Join a team that your Captain has already created (you will need to know your team's name and--if your Captain created one--the team password to join. Ask your Captain if you don't have either!). Your Captain paid the team's full registration price when creating the team, so please promptly pay them back your share of the team’s registration fee. Nobody likes a freeloader!

Register for Twin Cities Twilight Relays: Join a Team
Free (but please promptly pay your Captain back. Nobody likes a freeloader!)
Twin Cities Twilight Relays: Singles Registration Opening soon
-
Do you want to run but don't have a team? Sign up as a "Single" and we'll place you on a team of fellow "Singles." (We'll ask some questions in registration to make sure you're placed on a team you feel safe with.) And "Singles" registrants pay $5 LESS than members of pre-formed teams, as a reward for meeting new runners. "Running as a dating app" is a hot trend, and we want to be clear that, despite the name, this registration option isn't that... unless you (and at least one other person on your "Singles" team) want it to be! (Please Note: "Singles" registration is only available for those 18 years old and older on race day.)
