Smurf's Backyard Ultra is set in tropical Cairns, Far North Queensland, Australia.
Traversing 6.7km's of the famous Smithfield Mountain Bike Trails, runners tackle a lap on the hour, every hour, until they can no longer continue!
Smurf's BYU also includes the BYU Mini - an option for up to 6 laps for those not planning on going long AND the BYU Taster - a single lap of the 6.7km course.
This is an experience, not just an event, with an atmosphere unique to any other Far North Queensland endurance event that you don't want to miss!
