Thank you for your interest in the Peachtree City Running Club! Founded in 1981, our club has grown to become one of the largest running clubs in the Metro Atlanta area. With over 100 miles of cart paths and running trails in Peachtree City, you're sure to run into someone you know along the way. We have members from all walks of life, ages, and abilities, and we warmly welcome walkers, plodders, shufflers, and joggers of all paces.
Our club was established to promote interest in the sport of running, encourage physical exercise, foster sportsmanship and friendship, and support individual members in striving for proficiency, conditioning, and safety.
As an active club, we offer numerous opportunities to connect and run together almost every day of the week. Join us for our weekly fun runs on Saturday mornings, participate in our Monthly Run Socials (MRS), take part in our Summer Track Series, and enjoy our robust awards program. Don't forget our signature event, the fall PTC Classic 15K/5K race!

About Membership
Our club is dedicated to coming together as a community, supporting athletes through our scholarship programs, and helping local elementary schools raise funds through the Grand Prix Series.
We host weekly group runs, Grand Prix events, monthly meetings, 1-Mile Time Trials, and various social gatherings. While there are many benefits to being a member of the Peachtree City Running Club, the most significant one is the sense of belonging.

The Summer Track Series is an exciting and inclusive event hosted by the Peachtree City Running Club, designed to promote fitness, friendly competition, and community engagement. Taking place over several weeks during the summer, this series offers participants of all ages and abilities the opportunity to hone their speed and track skills in a fun and supportive environment.
This is a free event during the month of June, with the Championship Series occurring in July. Each week, athletes gather at the local track to compete in various distances, ranging from sprints to longer races. Participants can track their progress and improvement while enjoying the camaraderie of fellow runners. The series encourages a spirit of friendly competition, with awards and recognition for standout performances and personal bests.
In addition to the races, the Summer Track Series fosters a sense of community, bringing together members and families to cheer each other on and celebrate achievements. Whether you're a seasoned runner looking to improve your times or a beginner eager to try your hand at track events, the Summer Track Series offers something for everyone.
