We have programs for all ages and abilities. Anyone who is looking for improvement in their athletic abilities and to achieve personal excellence is welcome. The goals of all programs and training plans are to help promote personal excellence, balance between training/life/work, and longevity through structure, setting goals, teamwork and having fun.
Head Coach: Kevin J Smith
Programs run on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Whether your focus is a marathon, 5k road race, track & field or cross country the workouts will be created to meet your needs. An informal long run on Sundays is also available.
Our Wednesday Social Group Run is free for anyone looking for a group to run with and its a great starting point for those interested in joining Lions Valley Athletics.
