The Newfoundland & Labrador Weightlifting Association (NLWA), in affiliation with the Canadian Weightlifting Association, shall promote the sport of weightlifting in the province of Newfoundland and Labrador. To request membership in the NLWA, submit this completed form to the address below. Your application will be reviewed by the NLWA prior to approval. Membership will not be granted until your fees are paid.
Membership runs from April 1st to March 31st of the following year. Refer to the NLWA Constitution for additional information on the Association. Each applicant shall apply as a Full Member or a Supporting Member, but not both.

Full Membership
Active in the Association as an athlete, Coach, official, administrator, or volunteer, and has full benefit of the membership with the Association. Full membership has access to NL Sport Center located at 100 Crosbie Road.
Supporting Member
Members that support the mission and objectives of the Association. They cannot vote at meetings, not entitled to monetary benefits, can not request special meetings, and not eligible for any position on the executive committee.
