This is a virtual run club that encourages people to run for their well-being. Not just physical well-being, but mental, social, and emotional well-being too. We are all on our own wellness journeys. It's my prerogative to help each of you find joy, happiness, peace, and calm through the running experience.
Club members will receive quarterly training schedules (January, April, July, October) with added elements of joy, happiness, peace, and calm to try out in their runs and lives. Club members will also receive mental health and running tips in a biannual newsletter.
After you've joined you'll be invited to join the private facebook group, and will receive other interactions via email.
