Rhythms of Life is a homelessness charity which operates in Central London.
We feed, educate and clothe London’s homeless. Every night of the year, our volunteers distribute meals, clothing and personal hygiene supplies to rough sleepers. We also help rough sleepers rebuild their lives by teaching literacy, numeracy and employability skills.
Andrew Faris, a former rough sleeper, founded Rhythms of Life in 2008. With help from our partners and volunteers, we have fed the homeless every day of the year for eleven years. Over 90% of our food is gifted to us; we promote sustainability by collecting surplus food, ensuring these meals are edible, and then distributing them to our service users.
