Visitors and new members of any ability level are welcome! We will help you find a partner or group that is running or walking at your pace so you can join them, enjoy the company and learn new routes. Come and try us out: you don’t need to sign up on your first visit!
We have three organized runs each week and try to ensure that visitors or new members find a group of complimentary ability to run with;
- Wednesday night at 6:30 pm at the Cats Caboose.
- Saturday morning Coffee Runs. We head out from coffee shops around St. Catharines. Distances vary.
-Sunday morning Trail runs tackle different trails around Niagara each week. It is a great way to experience some of the best trails that our region has to offer. The trail runs are usually 1.5 hours and run a different trail each Sunday.

The St. Catharines Roadrunners & Walkers was founded in 1980. We also host a number of community races each year.
