Series details
BLT Runners Indoor Speedwork sessions will be held on the indoor track at the Canada Games Centre at 26 Thomas Raddall Drive in Clayton Park from January 2019 to March 2019. These sessions are semi-guided and user-paid which covers the cost of track lane rental. Registration will close November 30 or when all spots are sold out, whichever comes first.
Members may register to attend the following:
- Bi-weekly sessions on ODD WEEKS (e.g., weeks 1, 3, 5, etc.)
- Bi-weekly sessions on EVEN WEEKS (e.g., weeks 2, 4, 6, etc.)
- Weekly sessions on all weeks - to register for weekly you must register for both ODD and EVEN weeks by selecting 'register for multiple sessions' below.
