Series details
| Refund policy: If we are forced to cancel our Fall 2021series at anytime before the start of the first event at Pinehurst Lake Conservation, Sept 18, 2021, all registered participants will have the option of receiving a full 100% refund (less race roster transaction fee) or have their registration deferred to our Fall 2022 series. If we are forced to cancel our Fall 2021 series after the completion of the first 2021 event, all participants will be deferred to our Fall 2022 series and awards will be given out at that time. The first 2021 event distance completed will count towards the award classification. |
NOTE: Runners can now sign up for an individual event rather than just part of the series and receive a finisher's medal and finisher's wine instead the trail series awards and recognition. Refer to our website for more details: www.conquerthecanuck.ca
A series trail event consisting of 3 different venues with a 2, 4 and 6 hour option.
In order to be eligible to receive a Gold, Silver or Bronze customized finisher's plaque, you must successfully complete 2 of the 3 venues with a combined distance, in the same timed event, as follows:
2 Hour Challenge
Gold - Male 50 km - Female 45 km
Silver - Male 40 km - Female 35 km
Bronze - Male 25 km - Female 20 km
4 Hour Challenge
Gold - Male 90 km - Female 80 km
Silver - Male 70 km - Female 60 km
Bronze - Male 45 km - Female 40 km
6 Hour Challenge
Gold - Male 110 km - Female 100 km
Silver - Male 90 km - Female 80 km
Bronze - Male 60 km - Female 50 km
** Distance completed will be based on completion of a full 5 km loop. **
- Awards will be presented on completion of your best two same timed events that qualify for a plaque and finishers wine. A bottle of white and red wine will be presented to all plaque winners at Shades Mills on Saturday October 16, Award times will start at 12:30 pm for 2 hour winners, 1:30 pm for 4 hour winners and 2:30 pm for 6 hour winners.
