Ramsey Parks and Recreation 2025 5k Races
The City of Ramsey Parks and Recreation department is excited to host two 5k races this year at our scenic Elmcrest Park! Experience the beauty of our scenic trails, open fields, and local neighborhoods—all while supporting our vibrant Ramsey community. Both races are USATF-certified, welcoming everyone from seasoned runners to first-timers. Plus, if you sign up for both races, you'll receive a $5 discount on your combined registration!
Saturday, May 17 at 9:30 a.m.
Kick off the spring season with our first-ever Dash and Dine 5K—the perfect blend of fitness and flavor! Race through Elmcrest Park’s beautiful paths, then treat yourself to local eats with a $10 food truck voucher included in every race registration.
- Register by April 13 to guarantee your Dash and Dine 5K t-shirt!
- Even if you’re not running, swing by to enjoy yard games, community festivities, and cheer on your neighbors.
- Don’t forget—the Dash and Dine 5K weekend also coincides with Ramsey’s Garage Sale Trail. After refueling at the food trucks, explore the local sales for hidden treasures!

Celebrate our annual Happy Days Festival by lacing up for the Happy Days 5K—now held at Elmcrest Park! Enjoy the fresh air and friendly competition on a USATF-certified route. Stick around afterward for an action-packed day of family-friendly activities, live music, and fireworks at the festival grounds in The COR.
