• Compete in real track races with seeded heats for a chance to make the podium with celebrations for runners of every level. (official times by PG Timing)

• Dance to live music and recover with friends in the Athlete VIP Zone

• Cheer on your favorite runners and South Florida Run Clubs at a festival meet built for racing and connecting with your community.

What to Expect for Athletes:

• A Track Meet for runners who want to compete in sprint and endurance races
  • Compete in multiple events - build your own race day experience (sprint the 100m, run the mile, and come back with your team for the relay)

  • Kickoff Event: The 5k on the Track - 7:00am check-in, 7:30am start

• Races including: 100m Dash, 400m Dash, 1 mile Race, 4x100m Relay, 4x400m Relay (Men’s, Women’s, and Co-Eds Relays)
• Athlete VIP Zone with compression boots, cold plunges, & sauna by J Wolf Pax

This is a true track & field competition designed for runners who want the energy of a meet, the structure of track racing, and the community of a shared experience.

Race-Day Schedule:

• 7:00am Check-In begins
• 7:30am 5k Starts
• 8:00am All competing athletes must be checked-in
• 9:00 am - The rest of the meet begins
  • 100m Dash Prelims
  • 1 Mile Race (seeded Finals)
  • 100m Dash Finals
  • 400m Dash (seeded Finals)
  • 4x100m Relay (seeded Finals)
  • 4x400m Relay (seeded Finals)
• Field Events including: Pole Vault exhibition competition
