Series details
Join us at Crystal Lake Main Beach for open water swim clinics geared towards triathletes and open water swimmers. All clinics start at promptly at 6:30 p.m with check-in at 6:15 p.m. If it rains or we are not allowed in the water, all participants can defer to another clinic or 50% of the registration fee will be refunded per participant request. We do our best to communicate to the participants by 5 p.m. if any weather related issues. 
Clinic topics: wetsuit tips, OW sighting practice, starts, race strategies and positioning, pack swimming, time trial starts, how to swim in a straight line with others, goggle and various equipment choices. We will be doing a mock race on the last session on July 8.
Our instructors include: Jennifer Harrison of JHC Coaching, Gemma 
Hollis, triathlete and Owner of Push Glide Kick instructor and coach. Trudy Wakeman, Owner of Race Production by Trudy and triathlete.
