Accommodation Options

Price is inclusive of the cost of the item, mandatory charges and fees

Please select your accommodation preference during registration. Option 1: Camp at Official Event Campgrounds (Included) You may camp at the official event campgrounds in Kin Kin and Cooran using your own gear. Campground fees are included in your registration. You will stay alongside fellow walkers and be part of the full community atmosphere of the event. Option 2: Pre-Erected Tent Hire (Limited Availability) A limited number of 2, 3 and 4 person pre-erected tents with air mattresses are available at the official event campgrounds in Kin Kin and Cooran for two nights. Selecting this option secures the entire tent for your group. Sharing arrangements and cost splitting are the responsibility of the person making the booking. Sheets and pillows are not included. Option 3: Pre-Erected Shared Tent – Solo Hikers (Limited Availability) A small number of places are available for solo hikers who are happy to share with others. Participants selecting this option will be allocated a space in a shared 3 or 4-person tent, subject to availability. Sheets and pillows are not included. Option 4: Off-Site Accommodation You may choose to stay off-site and arrange your own accommodation in nearby B&Bs, farm stays, or holiday homes. All off-site accommodation bookings and payments are the responsibility of the participant.
