America’s Finest Corporate Dash

We understand that things come up and someone may want to run in your place. To transfer your registration to another person, follow these instructions:

TRANSFER DEADLINE: MONDAY, JUNE 17th.

TRANSFER FEE: There is no fee to transfer however if staff are paying a partial amount to register, the registration cost will need to be established between people transferring. We assume it will sound a little like this: "Hey Susan, can you transfer me a quick $20 to take my registration?" "No prob, Bob!"

TRANSFER INSTRUCTIONS

1. On the right hand side, below the Register button, click the Transfer button
2. Sign in using the account information used when registering
3. You will either be taken to one of two screens: A) Indicating the next steps to transfer B) Indicating that there are no registrations under that specific username and password.

If you are taken to option A:

1. Select between transfer TRANSFER TO A NEW PARTICIPANT.
2. You will need to select the individual that you would like to transfer
3. You will be prompted to enter the email of the new participant. Once you initiate this transfer, the new participant will receive an email with a link to complete the transfer.

If you are taken to option B:

1. You will be taken to the following page:

Please note: You may be shown the above screen, but you are sure you are registered! The most likely reason is because you have signed in using the incorrect log in information. If this is the case, just send support@raceroster.com a quick email indicating that you are registered and would like know what account you registered under.

Will there be age group awards?

No. Instead we will be giving out awards for fastest teams in your industry, fastest C-Level Executive and top three (3) male and female overall.

How do I volunteer?

We would love to have you as a volunteer! If interested, please email info@sandiegorunningco.com.

How do I become a sponsor or have a vendor booth?

Please email info@sandiegorunningco.com for a sponsor packet with more information on getting involved in Corporate Dash.

Can my company participate in Corporate Dash?

Yes! Every company operating in San Diego is encouraged to participate in Corporate Dash. All industries are welcome no matter the size of the company!

How many participants does my company need to be eligible?

The minimum for a team to be eligible is 4 registered team members. To read all the eligibility rules, click here.

I do not have a company participating, can I run as an individual?

Unfortunately individual registrations aren’t available for Corporate Dash. The good news is you can register as a “guest” on a friend’s Company team if your company isn’t creating a team.

My company is not based in San Diego, can my office still participate?

Do you have 3+ coworkers in the San Diego area? If you do that’s all you need to have a Company Team at Corporate Dash.

Can my spouse/family participate?

Sure! You would need to check with your company to make sure they are ok with outside participation. When registering outside members to the team please check them off as a “guest”. Guests are welcome to run on a team but their time will not factor into overall team results for award purposes.

Can I bring my kids?

Yes. Participants of all ages are welcome in the 5k, but the beer garden is strictly 21+ which will house all the post race activities.

How do I set up a team if my employer is paying the entry fees for all participants?

Email our team at info@sandiegorunningco.com and let us know your company would like to join. We will coordinate with you so each interested employee can register but the company is billed.

How do I set up a team if participants are paying their own registration fee?

Begin by clicking register and create a team. After you register and pay for your entry, you will automatically be sent a link to that you can share with others to join your team directly. Additionally, they will be able to find your newly created team name when registering under Join a Team.

Can we have more than one team represent our company?

Absolutely!

Is there a limit to how many people can join our team?

There is no limit to team size.

Are there any added incentives we might receive when our team registers?

What is included in my race registration?

All registered participants will receive a timing chip, race bib, participant t-shirt and one (1) complimentary beer in the beer garden.

Can we change the team Captain/team name?

Yes you can change your Team Captain at any time. Please email info@sandiegorunningco.com to request any updates to your team. Your team name can be changed after a team is created by logging in to your account, clicking on “Manage team” then click on the original team name you have created.

Is there race day registration?

Yes! Registration will be available for Corporate Dash at check-in for $50/participant

Can I get a refund for my registration?

No. All registrations are final for Corporate Dash.

How do I can get my race packet?

Packet Pick Up details will be available on the event website closer to the event: www.sandiegorunningco.com/corporatedash

Where should I park on race day?

You will be able to park on-site at SDCCU Stadium! We will have parking attendants directing you to the appropriate parking area. You can also take public transportation using the Trolley as it stops right at the stadium!

Is there an age minimum for the event?

To participate in the 5K run, you must be 21 years by Thursday, June 20, 2019. Additionally you must be 21+ to enter the post race beer garden/festival area.

Can I bring my dog?

Unfortunately dogs are not allowed at the event.

Is the 5K chip timed?

Yes. Corporate Dash is a chip timed event.

Will there be any aid stations on the course?

Yes. There will be one (1) aid station along the course providing water to all participants.

Where can I find race results?

Individual race results will be posted on the website immediately following the event. We will be tallying team results post event. In the week following Corporate Dash all winning teams per industry will be notified.

1. Corporate Dash is open to businesses, corporations and government entities with a business address located within the San Diego County limits. Teams from outside the county limits are allowed to participate in the event but they will not count in official team scoring.
2. To be eligible as a participant for a company team, you must be a paid employee for that company and work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
3. Each company must have at least ONE complete team to be eligible for scoring. A complete team consists of at least two men & two women. Companies can race multiple teams as long as they reach the required minimum for each team. Companies can have as many additional participants and guests added to the team over the required minimum.
4. Companies that don’t reach the minimum participants are still allowed to compete in the race but won’t qualify for team awards.
5. Employees of government agencies such as educational institutions, state, federal, governments, etc. may compete and score but only within the school, branch, department, etc. in which they directly work under.
6. Companies eligibility and categorization will be determined by San Diego Running Co. and its representatives.
7. Guests of company teams are allowed to compete in the race but won’t count in official team scoring awards.
8. Participants must be at least 21 years of age on the date of the event.
9. Each participant must wear the bib that was assigned to them on race day. Any participant caught running with someone else’s bib will be disqualified and risk disqualification for that participant’s entire team.
10. Items prohibited from the event but not limited to: bicycles, roller skates, scooters, skateboards, strollers, baby joggers, any animals.
11. Promotions, giveaways and sampling by a company participating in the Corporate Dash are prohibited unless consent is given from a San Diego Running Co. representative.
12. Outside alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited from the event.
