Beard Run is a 5km Fun Run that celebrates living a healthy, bearded lifestyle while raising awareness for mental health.
All beard types are welcome, even if you aren't bearded. If you aren't bearded, fear not as we have a cool surprise for you in your swag bag that'll make sure you're living the bearded lifestyle, even for if its just for a day.
Come out and enjoy the first ever Beard Run hosted in Calgary's East Village and enjoy a quick rip around the River Walk Pathway and the quaint little neat space in the middle of the city that is St Patrick's Island.
Enjoy great, unique event swag, a beer on us in the East Village (must be 18 Years or older) and the company of those living the bearded lifestyle.

Beer Ticket for Post Race Mingling (Over 18 Only) at National on 10th from 12PM
