We're looking forward to our 9th Turkey Trot this year. We had over 1,000 participants last year and are expecting to hit our maximum again this year !!!
The T-Shirt: This year's shirt is a high quality, short-sleeve, Ultrasoft Bella Canvas™ shirt*. New this year, shirts are available in men's and women's sizes (women's sizes run small, you may want to order up a size). But, you have to register by Noon on November 17th to guarantee receiving a shirt.
New Hats for 2017, a hat to match the Green Bay colored T-shirt. $15
Just like the kind you see on the sidelines, it features green and gold stripes with the the Turkey Trot logo, inset with little footballs. Only 50 available, please email the race director to reserve yours in advance SFBTurkeytrot@gmail.com
5K+ Run (it's actually about 3.4 miles, yay!) will be chip timed by Absolute Race Timing once again. Runners will receive an email with their race time immediately after they finish the run.
1.8 mile walk starts out on Hwy NN, winds through a neighboring subdivision and finishes on the beautiful SFB nature trail created by LaRosa Landscape Co. The walk is not chip timed.
After the run and walk everyone is invited to enjoy Thanksgiving treats and drinks in the SFB gym.

Family Discount: Family discounts are intended for those within one houshold and will be applied to runners/walkers 6, 7, & 8 at checkout..
Woof! or Meow! The Turkey Trot is Pet Friendly! All pets must be on a leash and owners must bring waste bags. New for 2017, a heated outdoor pet tent because pets are not allowed in the gym. *Sorry, but pets will not be chip timed, they have four legs which gives them a huge advantage.

Packet Pick Up: Participants can pick up their shirt and bib number on Wednesday, November 22rd from 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM at SFB School, 1425 Covered Bridge Road, Cedarburg (about 1/3mi north of 5-Corners). Packets will also be available for pick up from 8:00-9:30 AM on race day.

Course
Both the run and walk courses will start and end in front of St. Francis Borgia School, 1425 Covered Bridge Road, Cedarburg, WI (North of 5-Corners).
The run is a little longer than 5K (3.4mi) and is a loop around a mostly rural, scenic area in the Town of Cedarburg. About 1/2 of the run is on a paved bike trail. See the map below.
The walking route will be on streets and a cross country trail designed by La Rosa Landscape Co. Some strollers may have trouble along the route, depending on weather conditions. Thicker tired "baby jogger" type strollers will be fine.
Please check the weather before you head out in the morning, and dress accordingly. A northwest wind is typical in November and it will be cold this time of year.
