This is the enhanced Run Waterloo experience. The BOW continues in 2017 with the time-based series competition. The BOW V consists of these two events:
40th Annual Waterloo 10 KM Classic (link)
21st Annual Fall 5 KM Classic (link)
For the first time, BOW will include Overall and Masters prize money. This Battle is totally unique to the previous four, and future combinations will also change.
This series is FREE to members, and $15 to non members. It includes an exclusive BOW V gift and a finisher's medal, and prize money. Winners of each 10 year age group will also be recognized. We will provide up-to-date results, stories, a meet and greet, and we hope to build something special for years to come!

This Individual series consists of: Waterloo Classic 10 KM and Fall Classic 5 KM. Separate event registrations are required for each race.

Rules
You must register separately for each of the BOW V race distances to be eligible. You do not need to register for each event at the time you register for the Battle of Waterloo V.
Failure to register for any race is a forfeit of the BOW V registration. Failure to finish any race is a forfeit of the BOW V eligibility. You must register for and run each of the two specified races to earn the finisher's medal.
The deadline to register for the Battle of Waterloo V is Sunday June 18 at 9 a.m.
The Gift will be given out at The Fall 5 KM Classic kit pickup. Finishers medals will be given out after The Fall 5 KM Classic, only to runners who have eligible total times from both of the events.
Prize money to top 3 OA and top 1 Master (M+F)
- OA: $100, $75, $50 and M: $75
Medals will be awarded to the first place Male and Female finisher in the following categories (age is determined by the age as of December 31, 2017).
- Overall Open
- Overall Masters (Age 40 plus)
- 19 and under
- 20-29
- 30-39
- 40-49
- 50-59
- 60 plus
BOW V entries are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-deferrable.
