Anyone who's known me in the past couple years knows I've seen and experienced all kinds of of mental illness. Whether it was the loss of my aunt - one of the most worldly people I ever knew. My broken relationship which broke me as a person for a long time and showed me what it's like to go to an unhealthy place mentally and physically and brought me to dark places. An experience with a girl I barely knew who's suicide attempts -- her cry for help --changed how I viewed those living with personality disorders. I don't believe this talk should be centred on one day, these past 3 years of my life have made me one of the biggest advocates for a healthy discussion around mental health. If you feel lost, depressed, anxious or even just scared at the thoughts you're having -- you aren't ever alone.
