|Champions Ride for Charities|
|22 October 2017|
The Champions Ride for Charities has been postponed to October 22, 2017.
The safety and security of our Champions are our primary concern. Our charities and sponsors depend on our hard work and fund raising efforts and expect us to keep the safety of our riders, workers, and volunteers as paramount in our decision-making.
The Champions Ride for Charities on October 22, 2017 is a phenomenal opportunity to ride alongside fellow cyclists and support worthy local charities in Seminole County.
This is a ride, not a race, which means all levels of cyclists from occasional riders to seasoned cyclists are welcome to participate.
Four routes are available to accommodate our champions:
The ride begins and ends on the beautiful campus of AAA National Office in Heathrow, FL. The Champions Ride for Charities is a Florida cycling event that many riders are familiar with.
Our focus is to donate all proceeds of this ride to benefit local charities in Seminole County. The beneficiaries are the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Florida, Seminole County Branches and The Sharing Center.

Safety is the most important thing and if any of the threatening weather conditions are present the day of the event (tornado warning, tornado watch, thunderstorm, heavy rain or a hurricane decides to visit), the event may be delayed or canceled. When weather conditions or other physical conditions present a danger to participants, such conditions fall under the label “acts of mother nature,” it will not result in refunding of any event entry fees or future event credits, since funds were already spent in preparation for your event day.
