MOST DELICIOUS 5K

The 7th Annual Dunkin’ Donuts Munchkins Run is a fun, donut-popping 5K run/walk the whole family will enjoy while helping to make life better for children with cancer in the Richmond community.

The 5K course winds through the beautiful St. Christopher’s campus and neighborhood where donut eating IS optional… but hard to resist! Runners enjoy an awesome Dunkin' Donuts breakfast as well as traditional post-race bananas and granola bars. All registered participants will also receive a t-shirt, finisher's medal (NEW), and Dunkin' Donuts coupons and swag.

All proceeds of the Dunkin' Donuts Munchkins Run go to ASK Childhood Cancer Foundation. Your participation and support will help to make life better for children with cancer in Central Virginia.

KIDS DONUT DASH

Kids 5 & under can register for the Donut Dash for $15, complete with a participation medal and a Dunkin' Donuts donut finish. The fun run starts at 8am and will take our youngest donut fans half-way around the St. Christopher's track where they'll end crossing the 5K finish line. We look forward to cheering on our youngest donut fans!

DUNKIN' SPIRIT CONTEST

Back again this year, we want to see your Dunkin' colors for the Munchkin' Run Best Dressed Contest! Let your creativity run wild and show your Dunkin' Donuts spirit with pink and orange colors, donut leggings and other donuty fun props. The Munchkin' Runner with the best Dunkin' Donuts spirit will win FREE Dunkin' Donuts Coffee or Hot Chocolate for a YEAR!

TEAM CHALLENGE

Life is sweeter with friends.... and donuts. So, why not have both? Start your team today, round up your friends and you could win one of the many new prizes up for grabs. We'll recognize the largest two teams as well as the top two fundraising teams plus the top individual fundraiser (technically, you don't have to be on a team to earn this spot). Whether your team is the Jelly Filled Joggers or the Sprinters for Sprinkles, your efforts will help to provide assistance, support and kindness to children with cancer and their families.

Please note that we do not offer refunds. We do provide special consideration for our ASK families.

If you are unable to participate, you can claim your t-shirt and goody bag at early packet pick-up. You can also convert your registration fee to a donation by contacting Jen Stiles at jstiles@askccf.org or 804-658-5910.

Keeping it Local

If you're wondering, what exactly am I fundraising for?

Sometimes it's the little things. We know that snacks, toys, crafts, movies, and video games can help long clinic visits go faster. We know that the cost of coming to the hospital every day can add up, so we provide meal tickets and financial assistance.

Sometimes it's the big things. We provide three important full-time staff members who are dedicated to supporting our patients and their families - a child life therapist, a chaplain and a child psychologist. This team works side by side with the medical staff at the Children’s Hospital of Richmond at VCU to make sure our kids and their families receive the support they need from the moment they hear those words, “Your child has cancer.”

And, sometimes it's the smart thing to do. We provide afterschool tutoring and summer enrichment camps to help our kids return to school and stay on grade level with their friends. We want all of our survivors to thrive in the lives they have fought so hard to keep.

All funds raised by the ASK Childhood Cancer Foundation stay right here in Central Virginia and directly impact the lives of children with cancer and their families.
