*Due to the effects of the long winter and recent storm, access to Lion's Valley at the end of our Race Route has been CLOSED for safety reasons. Working alongside the Town and with St Volodymyr Convention Centre we are delighted to host our 1km route, our Tots Trot and the post race celebrations in the scenic grounds at SVCC.

** IMPORTANT UPDATE REGARDING RACE START AND FINISH**
Due to the long winter, and effects of the recent storm, access into Lion's Valley has been closed so our race will now loop back to finish at St Volodymyr's Cultural Centre.
The start, finish and celebration site are ALL now located at SVCC
5km Walk and Run Loop start AND finish at St Volodymyr's Cultural Centre. Access to the start line at St Volodymyr's is via shuttle bus (see below)
1km and 100m Tots trot start at SVCC.

Race Bibs and Race Kits are available for pick up on Friday, June 1st from 10am-7pm at Film.Ca, 171 Speers Road, Oakville
Run 4 Lighthouse T-shirts are limited and will be allocated to the first 500 registrants, these will be available at Race Kit Pickup.
Remaining race kits will be available on race day between 7:45am and 8:45am at the Start Line
You can pick up race kits for other runners/walkers but you MUST BRING Proof of their race confirmation, and sign for it.
School's Challenge:
The challenge is open to all Elementary and High Schools*. 1st, 2nd and 3rd place are awarded based on the top three fastest times for the School Team.
A prize will be awarded to 1st Place Elementary and 1st Place High School
If your Elementary or High School name is not available to select, please email info@run4LH.com with details of your School Name.
*Minimum of 3 school teams are required for the challenge and minimum of 3 finish times for each team
Event Location:
The run will take place in the scenic park trails above Lion's Valley Park, which is part of the Sixteen Mile Creek trail system. The Race start, finish and post race celebrations are hosted ** in the beautiful grounds of St Volodymyr Convention Centre**
Parking and Shuttle Buses:
We encourage carpooling, cycling and taking public transport to the event.
Parking is ONLY available at Sixteen Mile Creek (3070 Neyagawa Blvd) and regular shuttle buses will run 6am-12noon for all volunteers, runners and walkers.
Shuttle Bus Route is a loop with 3 stops - Sixteen Mile Creek - St Volodymyr's Cultural Centre
NO PARTICIPANTS OR SPECTATORS ARE ALLOWED TO WALK UP OR DOWN THE WEST HILL AT LIONS VALLEY PARK FOR SAFETY REASONS – YOU MUST TAKE THE SHUTTLE BUS.

Inclement Weather and Race Cancellations
We will email all registrants and publish updates ( website, on FB and on Twitter) relating to Race cancellation due to inclement weather no less than 12 hours before the event start time. **Note regsitration fees cannot be returned if the race is cancelled**
Processing Fees:
All entries are subject to a standard processing fee which is not included in the fees listed above.
Accessibility Requests
All access to St Volodymyr Cultural Centre is on our shuttle buses (School Buses) supplied by Attridge Transport. These are not accessible for wheelchairs, so if you do know that you need to access to SVCC in other transport please email info@run4lh.com and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Toilets
Portable toilets are conveniently located at the event site, at St Volodymyr's Cultural Centre.
Waste & Recycling
Please dispose of your waste responsibility and use the black, blue (recycling) and green (food and compostable waste) bins provided on site.
