The Women of the Dove Foundation (WDF) is the 501(c)3 fundraising arm of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, Omicron Phi Zeta Chapter in Washington, DC. WDF is dedicated to improving the quality of life for individuals and families in the local, national and global communities. One of the Foundation’s goals is to encourage the highest standards of scholastic achievement through scholarships. Each year, WDF sponsors events to raise funds for its scholarship program and other charitable causes. Specifically, WDF awards four book scholarships, which may be applied to tuition or educational expenses. The book scholarships are the Goddess of the Arts, Women in STEM, Norma J. Oliver and Theresa Drakeford. These book scholarships are awarded to graduating female seniors from the Washington, DC metropolitan area high schools.
