#BadenRaces
For the past 39 years, Wilmot Township has been home to a great spring running tradition. With various venues, courses, distances, charities, and even names over the years, one thing has remained - the passion and community support for a great running event. We're thrilled to continue the tradition in 2018 with the 5th annual Baden Races!
Baden 7 Miler
Kilometre for kilometre, this is the toughest road race we know of. The Baden Hill 7 Miler ascends the aerial Baden Tower Hill. Runners will climb the steep gravel slope and turn around at the top - don't miss ringing the brass bell!

7 Miler: The Bell Tower Hill
This challenging 7-miler (11.2km) ascends the Baden Hill, which is said to be the highest point in Southwestern Ontario. From the top, there's quite a view!
Baden Hill Sprint
There is a prime at the hill: the fastest male and female chip times from the bottom of the hill to the top of the hill and back each win a free pair of Saucony shoes! Check out the Baden Hill Sprint records.
New for 2018: Baden Duathlon
You asked, and we listened..we're bringing a sprint duathlon back to Waterloo Region in May. Get your multi-sport season off to a great start in beautiful Wilmot Township.
Triathlon Ontario
This duathlon is sanctioned with Triathlon Ontario. One aspect of this partnership is that all duathletes must either A) be 2018 Triathlon Ontario members or B) pay an $8 one-day insurance fee. (Triathlon Ontario is securing better insurance for the event than we could by ourselves!) As such, we have put a mandatory $8 line item in the checkout process. If you are a 2018 Triathlon Ontario member, use promo code TOMEMBER to save the $8 on your entry.
PLEASE NOTE: anyone who uses this code but does not provide a valid 2018 Triathlon Ontario number will be charged a $20 race-day inconvenience fee. We strongly encourage you to renew your Triathlon Ontario membership for many great reasons, one of which is that if you show up to the Baden Duathlon having used the promo code, without a membership and without $20, you are not racing in the event and you will not be refunded.

Note: Duathlon Relay is not eligible for RWBoost.
