Power To Play Victoria 2018

Registration Details

Power To Play Victoria is Sunday, May 27, at Elk / Beaver Lake Regional Park and we would love to have your company or group join us in this engaging team building event in support of Power To Be. Up to 40 teams will fundraise and race through a series of physical and mental obstacles, testing communication and cooperation along the way. If you haven't participated before, or want to relive the fun of last year, check out the event video and last year's race results.

How-to sign up your team

Secure your spot by registering today! All participants must be 19 years of age by event day and are required to sign a waiver release form on site prior to participating.

  1. Click Register Now on the right and select Team Captain and Registration Payment to create your team and pay the full amount
  2. Proceed to checkout without adding team members OR if you have personal info for the other team members you can select +Add Another Team Member at the bottom of the form
    Note: The registrant paying for the team should select Team Captain and Registration Payment, each subsequent team member should select Join A Team - Team Members and Fundraisers (joining a team can happen at any time separate from securing your team captain payment)

Fundraising

As part of this event, your team will engage in a fundraising race leading up to event day. The goal for Power To Play Victoria 2018  is to raise $230,000 in support for Power To Be programs and have an incredible time doing it. To customize and share your fundraising page, follow the instructions in the section below.

Fee and Refund Policy

Power To Play will happen RAIN or SHINE. Please layer up and be prepared for all weather conditions. Registration fees are non-refundable, non-transferrable. Please contact Power To Be at info@powertobe.ca or 250-385-2363 for more information.

  • The team registration fee is non-refundable
  • Early Bird fee of $700 is in effect from February 19 - 26, 2018 (until 5 pm)
  • Full registration fee of $800 is applicable effective February 26, 2018 (after 5 pm)
  • Online registration will close at noon on Friday, May 25, 2018
  • VISA, Mastercard and Amex accepted
  • All funds payable in Canadian Dollars
  • The charge will appear on your credit card statement as Race Roster or Fast North Corp

How to Fundraise

How-to steps to customize and share your fundraising page:

  1. Sign In to Race Roster if not yet logged in (top right)
  2. Hit Donate to an Individual at the top left of this page
  3. Search for your first or last name (not both)
  4. Select your fundraising page by clicking Donate Now
  5. Below your profile image placeholder you'll see Edit pledge page, click to make changes
  6. In the modal that pops open specify your fundraising goal, write a personal message, upload a photo
  7. Be sure to scroll down and click Save Updated Pledge Information

Next you can select Visit team page under your profile photo and follow steps 1 through 7 to edit and customize your team fundraising page.

Now you will see buttons for social sharing on both your individual and team page, simply click to spread the word!
