Virtual Run Details

Of course we want you to participate in the Shamrock Half Marathon, 10K, 5K event locally but we know things come up. So, if you can't join us on race day and still want to run, get the medal and the shirt then you still can. Here is your way to take part in this event no matter where you are. And of course, all prices include shipping! Please note that items will not be mailed out until after the event on March 17, 2019.

• Custom Event Medal for all participants
  

• Choice of Custom Event Dri-Fit Racerback Tank or Tech Shirt for all participants.
  

• Age Group Awards for Top Three in all Age Groups for the Half Marathon, 10K and 5K distances (Race Day Participants only). Our age groups are the following:

  • 8 & Under, 9 & 10, 11-13, 14-17, 18-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75 & Over

• Pre- and Post-Race "Runner's Brunch" (bagels, fruit, water, Gatorade, etc)
  

• Real Time Results and Photos on our Website or Mobile App (on Apple and Google)
  

• Owned and operated by StartLine Racing!

• We welcome wheelchairs, strollers & wagons.

• No roller blades, skateboards or motorized devices are allowed on the run or walk courses.

• Leashed pet friendly

• Bag check will be provided for this event

• There is a 4 hour time limit on the half marathon course.

• This event is limited to 900 participants.

• Race Day Registration will be available beginning at 7:00am at North Linear Park. THERE WILL BE NO RACE DAY REGISTRATION

  • We accept cash, check, and credit cards on race day

• Race day registration fees will be: EVENT HAS SOLD OUT

  • Half Marathon - $90
  • 10K - $50
  • 5K - $45
• There will be plenty of parking available near the park. There is a lot directly underneath the 202 freeway as well as a parking garage just north of the Marquee Theater. Please refer to the map below.

• There is a 4 hour time limit on the half marathon course.

• The course will take you through dedicated running trails (all asphalt and concrete), starting and ending at North Linear Park in Tempe - meaning no need for transportation before or after the race just to get back to your car! Please note - this is an open use trail system and does not close for our event.

Water and Gatorade will be located at:

• Half Marathon: Miles 1.35, 2.74 (western turnaround), 4.15, 5.4, 6.96 (eastern turnaround), 8.52, 10, 10.75, 11.55, and 12.35.
• 10K: Miles 1.55, 3.1 (turnaround), and 4.65
• 5K: Miles .75, 1.55 (turnaround), and 2.3

GU Gels will be available at miles 5.4 and 8.52 for the half marathon participants

Restrooms will be located on the course at miles 1.45, 4.05, 6, 7.92 and 10 for the half marathon. Miles 2.17 and 4.05 for the 10K.
