Help Lucy raise money

This year I am running the TC 10K. After twenty plus years of racing the event as a competitive athlete, and elite master, this year I am entering the race non competitively, as the race Ambassador. My goal is to run 50 minutes, to pace as evenly as possible using only a watch, and to raise as much as I can for the BC Cancer foundation, one of the official charities. Why am I doing this? Because I want to do something to help Cancer research and care in BC. I am hoping that my pacing will help a few folks through to their own excellence on race day, and support people who can’t run due to the effects of cancer. Thank you for support!
