My Story…
Dear friends of GoldandBlack.com:
Thank you for visiting our fundraising page and for all the support in the 12 years of The Challenge. We hope you will join us in helping fight this disease that touches all of us by supporting the great research done right here at Purdue. If you can't make the race on Sat., April 13, please consider a donation.
We honor the ones we have lost including Tyler Trent, Dan Scheeres, Eugene Parker, Tom Reiter and Lisa Warren, cancer survivors Lynn Clark, Amy Karpick, Terry Kix, Glenn Sparks, Sharon Versyp and Cuonzo Martin and cancer fighters like Kurt Lahrman and Carrie Ehresman just to name a few. This year ALL DONATIONS ARE MATCHED dollar for dollar by the Walther Foundation.
Donating through this website is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to support our fundraising efforts.
We are grateful for your support! #Letsfinishonthefield
Alan

Just met Tyler’s parents over the last weekend. They are every bit as classy as they appear on line and are diehard Boilermakers.
