Come celebrate Canada Day with our SFN Canada Day 5K, 10K & Kid's Run on July 1st in Beautiful White Rock, BC, Canada. After the race stay for the White Rock Canada Day celebrations, Music, Food, Family Fun and so much more! Bring your towel and swim suit and enjoy the beach after this ocean side run.

Kids Run Closed
ROCK Kids Run details: Kids Run age target 2 to 5-6. We find kids from 5-6 on want to walk/run with their parents on the 5K regular course. Distance: We will set out a loop that is approximately 200 meters. Each participant will choose how many laps they would like to do and collect a popsicle stick for each lap. After each lap the lil'runner will drop off the popsicle stick at the finish line until they are all gone!! This is a very fun, quick “race” activity that introduces kids to running, competition and having fun with sports.
