I am thrilled to be running to support the Martin Richard Foundation! The Foundation and the Richard family set a shining example with their focus on service to the community, kindness and inclusion. I am constantly inspired by all they do. The MR8K: A Run For Gratitude was established in 2018 to reflect the spirit of the Martin Richard Foundation by honoring first responders and their families. The Foundation helps young people to learn, grow and lead through volunteerism and community engagement. The values of kindness, unity and service to others are the pillars of this organization that is focused on building a more compassionate community through a new generation of leaders. Members of Team MR8 run and fundraise for the Foundation in Martin's memory. We are committed to supporting this organization that is anchored in promoting sportsmanship, inclusion, kindness, and peace through programs that reflect civic engagement and youth development.
