We are Team My Chronic Brain. And since those migraine days are so frequent we can't always make it out into the world at the appointed day and time for events. But with the help of understanding friends, family and organizations we are still able to participate--be it it a few steps here. A walk around the block, hustling through the neighborhood store--we get it done. And we always support one another.
