My Story…

I am running a marathon on behalf of the Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario! Why CHEO? The day after my daughter was born, my wife and I found out Flo (our daughter) was very sick. Within hours she was transferred to CHEO and received surgery that would save her life. We're so grateful for the amazing care our daughter received there and want to help support such a wonderful hospital! Date: May 23rd 2020 Start time: 8:00am The Ottawa Marathon has gone virtual and runners are now doing the race in their own neighborhoods. I will be running the marathon in a 1.75km loop on the streets around my house. You are welcome to come and cheer me on (from an appropriate distance!) in front of my home at any point during the marathon. STRETCH GOAL: My goal is to raise 1000$ for CHEO. However, if we manage to make it to 2000$, I will run the marathon in scrubs just to add to the fun!

Participez de façon individuelle ou formez une équipe avec vos amis, votre famille et vos collègues et amassez des fonds pour aider les enfants à vivre une vie meilleure! 

Nous vous donnerons accès à une trousse de collecte de fonds qui inclut des façons d’amasser des fonds et des ressources pour vous aider à solliciter la participation de votre entourage dans l’atteinte de votre objectif. Des affiches et des bannières de la Fondation du CHEO sont aussi disponibles pour vous aider avec votre initiative de collecte de fonds!
