My Story…
Once again, I am training to run 10k on Ottawa Race Weekend. Our team's slogan, Make Every Moment Count, is very true to my heart. Being able to enjoy life and to keep running is a gift made possible by the incredible care I received at the Ottawa Hospital. In 2016 I underwent cancer surgery, chemotherapy and radiation. Today, I feel healthy and happy and eager to give back. In May I am running to raise funds for cancer research and I hope I can rely on your support.
