The 9th edition of the annual Point Douglas Run in 2020 will be a virtual event. We'd love to have you participate!
We encourage walkers and runners to keep safe and have fun while supporting the following valuable, local organizations: The North Point Douglas Women’s Centre, Norquay Community Centre and Graffiti Art Programming. Race entry is available until October 17, 2020.
Each 2.5 km, 5 km and 10 km virtual run participant will receive a Point Douglas Run Limited Edition technical T-shirt (at Race Kit Pick Up) which was held at City Park Runners, 2091 Portage Avenue, Winnipeg on Friday September 11 from 4:00 to 6:00 pm and on Saturday September 12 from 9:00 am to 12:00 am. A limited number of Tshirts will be available for pick up from City Park Runners during store hours until October 17, 2020.
There was a random prize draw at Race Kit Pick Up.
Runners can run anywhere (following Provincial and City safety protocols) between September 12 and October 17.

The event philosophy is that everyone should have the opportunity to experience the many social and physical benefits of running and walking.
The event is a fundraiser for the Street Feet Run Well partner centres and 100% of the profits from the event will go these centres:
• The North Point Douglas Women’s Centre (NPDWC)
• The Norquay Community Centre (NCC)
• Graffiti Art Programming (GAP)
Next year 2021 is our 10th Annual Event! This is a wonderful milestone. We hope you'll join us on that special occasion. Super Early Bird Registration for the 2021 Event will be available from September 12, 2020.
