Our story…
We are participating in the Scotia bank charity challenge in Montreal to raise money and awareness for neurofibromatosis. This is a disease that we knew nothing about until our daughter was diagnosed shortly after birth. Neurofibromatosis is a very painful disease that affects the skin, nervous and skeletal systems of the body. There is no cure and limited treatment for this disease.

L'ANFQ vise à lever le voile d’ignorance concernant la neurofibromatose en sensibilisant la population, encourageant la recherche et en brisant l’isolement des personnes atteintes et leurs proches, tout en leur offrant soutien et informations. Nous favorisons également la recherche sur cette maladie incurable afin que la prise en charge médicale des gens atteints soient efficace et multidisciplinaire.
