Help Karen raise money

My story...what is my story. I was recently diagnosed with stage 3 Ovarian Cancer after surgery to remove a couple of masses in my pelvic area. The surgery was successful in regards to tumor removal. They removed all that they could see. But...the type of cancer that I have does have a 70% chance of Recurrence. I had been told about Hearth Place by a few people who had previously had cancer. I was also given information by the Cancer Centre. I wasn't sure though about actually going in. I wasn't sure what to expect. What I found was amazing so far and I am only enrolled in 2 programs. The centre is amazing, the facilitators have been wonderful and the people that I have met are strong and wonderful people. There are so many programs that I can take part in within Hearth Place. All of them are provided at no charge. It is all provided through donations and fundraising events such as these.
