Raise money for Toronto Zoo Wildlife Conservancy
The Toronto Zoo opened its gates to animal lovers in 1974. Since then, the global extinction rate has soared from one species per year to 1,095 per year. Some of the species housed at the Zoo no longer exist in the wild. As a result, Toronto Zoo now has a host of programs designed to save species from extinction.
All proceeds from the event will support the Zoo's conservation, education, and research activities with Polar Bears! The goal is to increase the population of this nationally threatened species as well as inspire people to live in ways that promote the well-being of the natural world.
Canada Running Series donates over 40% of entry fees directly to the Zoo. Help us reach our goal of raising $30,000!
Tax receipts will be issued for donations of $20 or more.
