How it works:
1. Register
2. Race- run or walk 3.1 miles any time between now and September30th. Use a fitness watch or smartphone app to track your distance and time.
3. submit your time and picture of your course. submit photo on facebook and or instagram
4. print out finisher certificate

anytime you want. Sleep in .....have your coffee then go for it....your very own virtual race.
