Our story…
Our daughter Auralia was diagnosed with Leukemia at the end of 2018. Leukemia treatment is a long process , 2.5 years . With many ups and downs along the way .
Prior to diagnosis our family enjoyed hiking and mountain climbing regularly. Since Auralias diagnosis she has gone from not being able to do 1 km of walking to being able to do 8 km or more .
But as time goes on the fatigue from chemo , the side effect and infections and loneliness take their toll . We do what we can, when we can and let her body dictate how much is to much .
Auralia is a warrior , she pushes herself harder then anyone else .
We are all looking forward to raising money and awareness for childhood cancer this month but also for the rest of our foreseeable future 💛🎗#warriorstrong #newnormalisournormal
