Tracking your teams steps for the Great East Coast Virtual Run
Ensure that you have registered as part of a team during your registration process. If you have not registered as a team please follow these steps immediately below. If you are already a part of a team please proceed to steps 2 to find out how to upload your run.
1. Join a Team After Registration
If you have already registered and looking to join a team, you are able to do this through your Participant Dashboard. A. Sign in to your Participant Dashboard using your confirmation number and last name can be used to confirm your registration to log into your portal.
B. Use the toggle at the top of the dashboard to select the event you are registered for C. Scroll down the dashboard until you find the name of the individual you would like to add to a team D. Navigate to the right of the name and click on the text [Add NAME to a team]
5. Use the drop down to select your team from the list and click Next Step

2. Already signed up as part of a team
A. Login to your dashboard as a Participant. Your confirmation number and last name can be used to confirm your registration to log into your portal.
B. On your Participant Dashboard go to your dashboard for the Virtual Challenge that you're participating and click + Add activity.

C. You will then be directed to the activity submission page where you will want to enter the date you completed the activity and the distance/unit of your activity. Each team member can complete this process and the distance will automatically be totaled as part of the teams overall distance.

D. Once you have submitted an activity you will be then be taken to your challenge dashboard where you can see your teams completed activities, statistics, where you currently are on the route, and post an activity. Your individual distance will also be submitted and listed on the journey of the map and individuals results.

E. You can also post an activity by going to the leaderboard.

F. If you forget to upload your results for a few days you are able to go back into your portal and upload previous runs. If you have any issues please contact info@cmslateral.com
