Black Girls Code empower young women of color between the ages of 7-17 to embrace the current tech marketplace as builders and creators by introducing them to skills in computer programming and technology. BGC strives to train 1 million girls of color for computing jobs by 2040.

Booker T. Washington Community Service Center is celebrating the organization’s 100th anniversary of supporting the educational, cultural, and social activities for the black community in San Francisco. During WWII, the BTWCSC cared for the belongings of Japanese American families who were incarcerated by the United States and today remains a symbol of allyship.

The top six fundraisers will win round trip airline tickets courtesy of Alaska Airlines and Hawaiian Airlines - start fundraising today!
