One step at a time- in life, in running, in struggling with mental health- sometimes this is all we can focus on. Please join my team or sponsor my team in this endeavour to raise money for this great organization that I have volunteered with since it’s inception. I am committing to run 21 km on one day in early October with 9 year old Henry biking by my side. Run or walk 5, 10, or 21 km over a week or on one go! Would love for you to join me virtually!
