My Story…
My husband of 42 years, Kim sustained a T12 SCI a year ago from a fall. SCI-BC has been most helpful in giving advice, especially Scott Heron. I am raising funds to help this group by running 10 km along the waterfront in Victoria. Estimated time is 65 minutes.
I ran my virtual race on June 7; time of 63:15 at 6:20 min per km.Very pleased with this result.
