It's been a while since I've ran a longer distance than 5K but I have the ability so I've decided to run 10 for the 24,000 youth in Canada affected by juvenile arthritis and other rheumatic diseases!
Kids can get arthritis too!
Cassie + Friends is on a mission to support families and find safer and more effective treatments so kids can live, learn and play pain-free.
