My Story…
Hi. My name is Peyton. I was diagnosed with Systemic Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis (SJIA) just before my 5th birthday. I was scared and had to be moved from Victoria to BC Children’s Hospital. I had an incredible team there and that team grew when I went back to Victoria: my care team was and is amazing. I’m here today to run, (or walk, skip, jump, swim, bike, hike) for all kids with rheumatology diseases. One day- I hope we have a cure so all kids can enjoy a life free of pain. Thanks for supporting me raising money for this effort.
