Our story…

Founded in 2000, MEOW Foundation is a cat-focused charity and humane society with a no-kill mandate. We rescue and facilitate the adoption of stray and abandoned cats into loving permanent homes. We also offer Trap Neuter Return and Spay/Neuter Assistance programs. We are a no-kill foundation and believe every cat, whether young or old, social or shy, in good health or poor, deserves a good life.

In addition to adoption, MEOW Foundation offers Spay Neuter Assistance, Cat Food Assistance and Trap Neuter Return programs for cats in the Calgary community. We also offer cat care information and spay/neuter education to promote responsible pet ownership and reduce pet overpopulation.
