My Story…
I'm lucky to have so many incredible kids in my life (including my nephew in this photo with me) and after taking a year off due to COVID-19, I'm back running 10 km, virtually, in support of the Calgary Health Trust's Neonatal Intensive Care Units. The NICU has been there for many children I know when they've needed it most and helped them fight to get healthy and strong.
COVID-19 continues to affect us all. This year I'm not setting a fundraising goal and placing more focus on the importance of exercise for physical and mental health. I hope you can also get outside for some fresh air this Mother's Day! If you do have some cash to spare, I encourage you to help save the babies, or donate to the charity that means most to you.
